Welcome to my little room, in provencal style at La Bastide de Calalou in the small village Moissac Bellevue, Var region of Provence.
  
Goosenliver with truffles from the close by village Aups, consumed in te restaurant of Bastide du Calalou, Moissac
  
Spring in Provence is really lovely, Moissac.
  
Dinner all alone is really only nice when it’s with truffel theme from the neighbouring village
  
One of the best chateubriands I ever ate, probably the best., and with local truffels!
  
J’en peux plus;) Lovely truffels from Aups at Bastide du Calalou.
