Gotland, Swedens largest island, once a year holds an amazing week called Almedalen, really a park in the middle of the medieval town Visby. Here you meet ‘everyone’ and participate in seminars, debates and mingle-parties. From having been a pure political meeting, Almedalen has now become a melting pot for anyone interested in society, change and development.
