Menorca, Mallorcas lush and quiet little sister, you find plenty of lovely farm houses turned into small hotels, at the same time still selling Menorcan cheese, honey, olive oil or marmelades. Have a look at http://www.signaturresor.se if you want to find some of the really neat places to stay. The picture is taken at Torralbenc, the best ex farmhouse with fig trees, flowers and herb gardens. The restaurant is excellent.
My favourite Menorcan town is Ciutadella, noble, medieval with a lovely port that you see in the picture.
Just strall around the small alleys of Ciutadella and enjoy the atmosphere. The view is captured from hotel Can Faustino in Ciutadella.
And when in Menorca, yiu just have to eat the local pride: ensaimadas, with a nice cup of coffee. Here an early breakfast at the very local and charming Bar Triton in Ciutadella. #visitmenorca
All around Menorca, more than 200 kilometers, you can walk on the old guardian paths called Cami de Cavalls. Views are lovely, here at Cala Galdana.
The pool at my favourite hotel #Torralbenc #Menorca is an infinity pool with views over the fields and then the sea.
Many tourists, and locals, go to Caves Xoroi , Cova d’en Xoroi, to see the sunset and then party in the caves.
